Jean-François Fountaine, the director general of the Fountaine Pajot shipyard perfectly stated “The festival de la Plaisance de Cannes, is the Boat Show of elegance and refinement in an exceptional setting, that of the Bay of Cannes”. Again this year, passionate yachtsmen will be able to wander the pontoons and quays to admire long-sought after yachts or just dream.

Each edition comes with its improvements to make life easier for visitors and enable exhibitors to better welcome their potential clients. Other memorable moments include having the opportunity of visiting the bay of Cannes aboard one of these superb yachts. With such movement and dynamism going on, this boat show differs vastly from traditional ones. The rotund of the Espace Riviera affords another pole of attraction, gathering together the service providers and suppliers directly linked to pleasure yachting.

Luxury and refinement reign and the atmosphere is rather calmer than around the Vieux Port. This year, 150 new yachts are expected, 22 of which are over 40m. The Port Camille Rayon will see the largest vessels of all.
