To unify and defend hotel values in France, such is Didier Le Calvez’ challenge.

Didier Le Calvez, director general and president of the Bristol, has been nominated chairman of the UMIH Prestige which groups together all the prestigious establishments of France. The Union of hotel professionals and industries (UMIH) is a labour-management organization that represents the hotel, restaurant, cafés-brasserie, night club sector. This union will be establishing a branch devoted to prestige establishments so as to better voice opinions within French institutional frameworks, deciders and media.
This nomination confirms Didier Le Calvez’ involvement throughout his career in the hotel business. He sees his role as a unifying one for the general interest of the hotel industry. He has already been awarded many distinctions, such as Chevalier des Palmes Académiques, National Order of Merit…
