Song Qi: Imagine a precious lacquer-painted box… an exclusive and luxury address, decorated in black and white, sitting on the Monaco seafront. The decor, inspired by the golden age of Shanghaï of the 1930s (by Humbert and Poyet), will be home to chef Alan Yau, the inventor of Hasakkan, known for his Pekin duck and grilled Wagyu beef with royal soya sauce.
