In Cannes, the Palais des Festivals will be giving itself over to the performing arts, for the great delight of the general public. On 5th October, the first of the three performances is Broadway Enchanté, a tribute to the most famous tunes of American musical comedy, with Isabelle Georges as the superb showgirl. This is followed by Joyeuses Pâques, on 2nd November, the famous play by Jean Poiret, here played by Roland Giraud and Maaike Jansen. Feydeau finishes on 6th December with Occupe-toi d’Amélie, and it’s the beautiful Hélène de Fougerolles who will charm and amuse.
