« Thym et Romarin », le restaurant pop-up qui sent bon le Sud

A partir du 4 juillet prochain, le troisième étage de l’hôtel Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée abritera le restaurant pop up « Thym et Romarin », en phase avec l’été et ses beaux jours. Dominé par un style végétal aux airs de Provence, le restaurant s’adapte à la chaleur estivale en proposant des plats frais, à base de produits bio et locaux. Le chef Cyril Cheype fait la part belle aux douceurs méditerranéennes présentes dans la majorité de ses plats, allant de pair avec le cadre chaleureux du restaurant. Les clients peuvent en effet déguster –entre autre – un filet de loup bio avec de la laitue, du fenouil et des figues d’été, sous l’ombre d’un olivier, entourés de belles lavandes.
