As its name suggests, this restaurant is located on the (very beautiful) square in Mougins that this restaurant is located with chef Denis Fétisson in the kitchen. This son of the Provençal hills has been cooking with passion since his beginnings at the age of fourteen in Haut Var, the truffle country that he loves so much... After experiences in the four corners of the world alongside great chefs, he shares his roots with his unique concept in the world: “The product in the spotlight”, to be found every month. Tomato, blue lobster, porcini mushrooms, truffles... it depends of course on the season! A charming gastronomic address where a chic and cozy atmosphere reigns.
