Mama Shelter

Mama Shelter, a happy concept from the Trigano family, creators of ClubMed, settles down in Nice, in the popular district of Riquier, not far from the port. Benjamin El Doghaïli, designer of this flamboyant project, was inspired by the artists who most sublimated the Côte d'Azur in their works (Matisse, Braque, Picasso...) and the theatrical and colorful atmosphere of Old Nice to create 102 rooms, an Al Taglio bar and pizza counter, workshops, two restaurants, including a rooftop with swimming pool. Ideal spot for preparing meat, fish and vegetables on a Big Green Egg barbecue, or grilled in a Jasper charcoal oven. Addictive!

• Mama, who has designed her costume mask rooms since its creation, has found the perfect place, Nice, famous for its winter carnival.

• Authentic “blue” chairs from the Promenade des Anglais, created by Charles Tordo in 1950, are scattered on the sunny roof, in a lemon yellow version.
