Sublimating one of the most mythical stretches of sand in Ramatuelle, Chef Mathieu Pacaud revives an ancient Saint-Tropez beach, the Neptune. Peaceful and intimate, Cybèle is revealed facing the turquoise bay and welcomes you in a “seaside house” atmosphere. Wooden tables, large rattan armchairs, linen details and pastel green Pantone... The refined decor signed by Cordelia de Castellane, artistic director of Dior Maison, invites you to relax. New this year, Cybèle is inaugurating a table that gives pride of place to southern cuisine, simple and effective.

- Chef Mathieu Pacaud's menu offers timeless Mediterranean dishes made with fresh and local products: Greek melon, zucchini stuffed with spider crab, whole lobster with basil butter or even Wagyu steak.
- On the beach side, the daybeds and deckchairs are the perfect place to enjoy the House's signature cocktails such as Cybèle Daisy based on vodka, Italicus, pomegranate and lemon.
- Live music evenings from Thursday to Saturday.
