Mirazur
The best restaurant in the world - with three Michelin stars - is located in Menton, in an impressive rotunda lookout from the 1930s overlooking the Mediterranean. Its chef, Mauro Colagreco, draws on the wonders of the Mediterranean region and his travels to express a 100% natural evolutionary circular cuisine, punctuated by the biodynamic cycles of his 5 hectares of gardens cultivated using permaculture and biodynamics. From this biodiversity animated by the movements of the planets, Mauro Colagreco created the menus Universes: Roots, Leaves, Flowers, Fruits. Audacious, his cuisine can combine oyster and pear, vanilla and lobster, beetroot and caviar... An unforgettable experience!
