This atypical Cannes address with a minimalist decor, designed by Maxime Scheer, was created by three Parisian friends, Cassandre, Jeff and Charles. It functions as an artist residence with an open kitchen. Every two months, they select a talented and nomadic young chef, from all over the world, whom they house above the restaurant. The latter will be free to show his creations to customers. The only imperative imposed on their expression: to be inspired by local specialties, to cook locally and in season.

- They cooked at Sens: Daniel Morgan, Mattias Castro, Paulo Santiago, Baptiste Trudel, or even the vegetable enthusiast Simon Auscher!
- Among the suppliers, we find in particular the organic zucchini flowers of the former rugby player of the XV of France Jean-Charles Orso, the products of the Ferme des Grenouilles or the exceptional organic vegetable grower Bruno Cayron.
- Obviously, here, the wines are natural and alive!
