Prince's Palace
It is the musical highlight of the summer season in Monaco: the concerts of the Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra, given in the Cour d'Honneur of the Prince's Palace, created 60 years ago by Prince Rainier III and Princess Grace. Sublime evenings in perspective, with the exceptional arrival of the immense Italian maestro Riccardo Muti, for two prestigious evenings, and the presence of many internationally renowned artists: Nikolai Lugansky, Alexandre Kantorow, María Dueñas, James Gaffigan, Cristian Măcelaru, Petr Popelka, Stanislav Kochanovsky, Mao Fujita, the artistic director of the OPMC Kazuki Yamada, and this season's artist in residence, pianist Simon Trpčesk. Evening dress, jacket and tie required.
