Babel Babel
Created by Olivier Daniel and Kevin Lalanne, the Babel Babel restaurant, a former fisherman's house transformed into a chic and cool table, offers a breathtaking view of the Promenade des Anglais. It advocates locavore Mediterranean cuisine, a real invitation to travel to the Riviera and around the Mediterranean, with seasonal vegetables, fish caught by the day and natural wines. Enjoy the delicious Shakshuka with the perfect egg, the saffron risotto with smoked eel or the Panna Cotta with sorrel, vine peach and Kalamata olive oil. For lunch, bite into a Laffa, succulent Iraqi bread filled with chicken, mozzarella or swordfish... while supplies last!
