Les Agitateurs
-
Samuel Victori and his partner Juliette Busetto, graduates of the Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon, trained with three-star chefs Michel Troisgros and Éric Frechon, and opened their restaurant “Les Agitateurs” in 2018 in the bustling Pin district in Nice. Awarded one star in the Red Guide since 2021, their unique menu is a gourmet and inventive poetry with local flavors, halfway between the garrigue and the Mediterranean. Corsican tuna belly, mosaic leeks and San Remo gamberoni are to be enjoyed without moderation!
Good to know
- Among the local gems selected by the couple for their cuisine, we find the vegetable producer Albert Luciano from Villefranche, the spice specialist Franck Chevrier, the excellent agricultural butcher shop in Cannes, or even Loïc Barbedette, one of the last fishermen in Nice.
- Located on the same street, the former Agitators pantry has just been transformed into a twirling neobistrot named Pirouette.
- Since 2022, Les Agitateurs has been offering tasty cuisine in the heart of the restaurant of the famous Maeght Foundation in Saint-Paul de Vence.
