The Billionaires' Quay Metamorphosed

After extensive work carried out by the Philippe Prost Architecture Studio, the Quai des Millionaires and the IYCA district have found a new lease of life.

Quai Camille Rayon has undergone a real metamorphosis, a unique dock in the Mediterranean with its 150m length allowing it to accommodate up to 20 Superyachts from 70m. Its 24/7 controlled access guarantees these exceptional customers total security and total confidentiality during their stay. For this international clientele, specific services have been developed and modern infrastructures have been installed, such as vacuum suction pumping for gray and black water, optical fiber and the increase in electrical power. The life of crews on call has not been forgotten with the creation of private DIY spaces and shaded relaxation areas allowing them to organize barbecues and practice their sports activities in the open air while enjoying the view of the hinterland. Specific services that customers can benefit from include private access (ISPS), a concierge service, VIP pontoons as well as event and catering areas, and the loan of electric carts.

The International Yacht Club of Antibes

The most spectacular part of this renovation is the remarkable metamorphosis of the International Yacht Club of Antibes. The general architecture of the IYCA is inspired by Explorer-type vessels and offers first-class spaces and equipment for customers at the Camille Rayon wharf. The new IYCA allows its customers who care about discretion to benefit from a premium and personalized welcome in the helipad lounge adjacent to the helipad. Two panoramic terraces with a total area of 700 m² offer a breathtaking view of Fort Carré, the lake and Antibes Bay for customers and members who will also be able to enjoy a lounge bar and confidential meeting rooms. For crews, a Crew Center includes a lounge, a gym and a training studio.

IYCA offers a full range of summer and winter mooring options and a highly competent team is available all year round to welcome its customers for short or long stays. The company Vauban21 in charge of management has partnered with the renowned companies Burgess and Edmiston to offer long-term guarantee of use contracts (CGU) for the berths on Quai Camille Rayon.

Nestled in the heart of the French Riviera and rich in its historical architectural heritage, Port Vauban continues to write its history while adapting to contemporary advances. The marina, which is constantly improving, is gradually becoming the most attractive destination on the Côte d'Azur and the completion of this perfectly controlled project reinforces Port Vauban's position as the first center for large-scale yachting in the Mediterranean.
